Its mysterious shroud of anonymity had enthusiasts all over the world putting together the pieces of the puzzle. It had members of famed amusement sites playing its twisted game. Its sudden announcement turned heads around the world, and not always for the right reasons…
Scorchin’ in like a blazing summer day comes Fahrenheit at Hershey Park! The statistics are enough to make one woozy. A 97° drop, a 121 foot vertical lift hill and much more will make your heart speed up like a racing bullet.
There is only one problem….
The capacity of riders is only a mere 850 riders per hour, compared to another red ride in the park which can hold an average of 1,200 riders per hour. This seems a bit overwhelming, and it certainly is. Overall Hershey Park is not a crowded park to begin with, but a new ride, especially one with this magnitude, should bring in a large crowd of people, making the line very long. Another problem I can see is that there are only three trains with three rows, not unlike Maverick’s trains, so if one of these trains has to go in for rehab the capacity per hour will only be 530 riders per hour if they cannot find a replacement. This was a very poor design choice for Hershey Park and they should’ve thought it over again before they made the decision, because it will only end up hurting them.
